Your Role Sirelo is TriGlobal’s consumer-facing brand—and the engine behind our ambition to become the #1 global moving comparison platform. As AI reshapes search behavior, the rules are being rewritten. We’re evolving beyond traditional SEO by embracing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and you’ll help answer the key question: how do we protect our current SEO performance while creating content that’s genuinely helpful, structured, and built for trust—not just rankings?

We’re looking for an SEO professional ready to level up their impact. In this role, you’ll own Sirelo’s organic growth with a strong focus on SEO content—from research and planning to publishing, optimization, and performance analysis—while expanding into UX thinking, product strategy, and growth experimentation. The goal is clear: drive traffic, conversions, and revenue through the combination of SEO mastery and platform growth.

Key responsibilities Drive SEO performance: Optimize technical infrastructure, content strategy, and search presence to capture high-intent users in an AI-driven search landscape Own the growth strategy: Define and execute Sirelo's roadmap for organic visibility, user acquisition, and conversion optimization Monitor and communicate: Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and present insights to leadership Run experiments: Rapidly test hypotheses, measure what matters, and iterate to drive continuous improvement Craft the experience: Shape and refine Sirelo's visual identity and user flows to deliver a trusted, intuitive, and high-converting platform experience Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with TriGlobal's diverse specialties as key allies in driving your initiatives

Who You Are 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (bonus: marketplaces, comparison platforms, real estate) Proven impact: you’ve driven meaningful growth in traffic and revenue Own the SEO content engine: keyword research, briefs, writing/editing, publishing, and continuous optimization Build and run content roadmaps + calendars that ship on time and move the needle Lead on-page SEO execution: titles/meta, headers, internal linking, SERP alignment Go deep on technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, ranking factors Hunt opportunities in the SERPs: competitor analysis, gap finding, and plans to outrank Run audits that drive action: content gaps, refreshes, consolidations, pruning Improve the full journey: bring a growth mindset beyond SEO into UX, conversion, and platform thinking Make decisions with data using GA/GA4, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar) Protect the brand voice while writing for intent—content that’s both compelling and rank-worthy Love writing end-to-end: research → draft → polish → publish Comfortable in WordPress and hands-on with production workflows Fluent in English (extra points for additional European languages)
