## Job Description

 The data-driven and strategic  **SEA & SEO Specialist (gn)** leads and optimizes our efforts in driving high-quality traffic to our digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel acquisition campaigns to grow our user base, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. 
 
 **What are your responsibilities:** Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost Report regularly on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings Analyze performance data (e.g., keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaigns Plan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategies Build and maintain senior-level partnerships with country-level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers) Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms. Identify new growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms. 
 
 **What do we expect from you?** Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data Solid expertise and hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing (including SEA, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, CSE, CSS, and Social Ads)Technical/methodological skills Familiarity with additional tools is a plus – such as feed optimization platforms, call tracking solutions, programmatic advertising, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) Fluent English and Dutch speaker; proficiency French is an advantage
