Your role at HFM: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve visibility across search engines. Develop and executive comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for multiple markets. Conduct systematic keyword research to uncover new opportunities and collaborate with content teams to optimize content targeting. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement link-building strategies, coordinating with content writers and outreachers to acquire high-quality backlinks. Collaborate with developers, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all channels. Perform competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Audit technical SEO aspects of the website, including site performance, taxonomy, and structured data, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Oversee technical audits, Core Web Vitals optimization, and structured data implementation. Track performance across Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and prepare monthly growth reports. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.

Requirements BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of SEO experience. Proven results in competitive niches (e.g. Forex, SaaS, E-commerce, iGaming, Finance, or similar data-driven industries). Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical SEO errors, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush. Excellent analytical skills and creative thinking, with a strategic and results-oriented approach to SEO. Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action. Experience working with cross-functional teams and developers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. A team player with a passion for supporting and collaborating with team members.
