## Job Description
**About the position:** 
 Let’s be honest. If you’re reading this, you already know that SEO is not just “adding keywords.” It’s strategy. It’s psychology. It’s understanding what people search for before they even know it themselves. This is not a content-only SEO role. This is not link dumping. This is about building the foundation that actually ranks - and converts.  **What you’ll do:** 
 Technical:  
 ·       Take ownership of crawlability and indexation (robots, sitemap, canonical, index control)  
 ·       Improve site structure and URL hierarchy  
 ·       Analyze how search engines actually crawl and interpret our platform  
 ·       Work on performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization  
 ·       Handle dynamic pages and JavaScript rendering challenges 
 On-site: 
 ·       Build and optimize landing pages focused on conversion (not just traffic)  
 ·       Perform keyword research based on real search intent  
 ·       Structure content (H1, H2, internal linking) with clear SEO logic  
 ·       Develop internal linking strategies across key areas (sports, promotions, etc.)  
 ·       Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Content teams to improve UX and results 
 Growth & Authority: 
 Support link-building initiatives and partnerships  Contribute to building long-term domain authority 
 
 **What we’re looking for:** 
 ·       Solid experience in Technical and On-page SEO  
 ·       Strong understanding of how Google processes websites (including JS rendering)  
 ·       Hands-on experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush  
 ·       Good knowledge of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization  
 ·       Ability to connect SEO work with real business impact (traffic → conversion)  
 ·       Analytical mindset and attention to detail 
 ·       Curiosity, proactiveness, and a bit of healthy obsession with performance
