 Markework is hiring an experienced, results-driven SEO Manager to grow organic traffic, affiliate revenue, and measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own SEO strategy, blog operations, content optimization, backlink outreach, and AI-assisted content workflows. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and able to show real performance from past work. 
 
 
 What you’ll do 
 
 
 Own and execute the SEO strategy for FilipKonecny.com and Markework.com. Analyze and optimize existing blog content across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Manage blog content and support AI-assisted article creation, including prompt engineering to improve output quality. Conduct backlink outreach and write guest posts for external blogs. Use tools such as Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Analytics to identify opportunities, measure results, and improve performance. Help drive trackable affiliate revenue through blog content and link performance. 
 
 **Qualifications** 
 
 
 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Experience managing blogs and optimizing content for rankings and business outcomes. Experience with backlink outreach and guest article writing. Proficiency with Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Analytics. Comfortable working with AI-assisted content workflows. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. A portfolio is required, along with clear examples of work and your individual contribution.
