## About Factorial
Factorial’s platform is praised for being user-friendly and feature-rich for SMBs, with a growth-oriented culture that supports quick learning and cross-functional exposure, though CSR and sustainability themes are rarely highlighted in reviews. Common criticisms include compensation lagging behind peers and concerns about management quality and unclear career paths. Quantitative signals show Glassdoor around 4.2/5 from roughly 310 reviews, while RepVue rates employee sentiment lower at about 2.9/5, indicating mixed perceptions across platforms. Reviews come from current and former employees across multiple regions and roles; given potential self-selection bias and the company’s fast growth, these views should be treated as context rather than a guaranteed forecast for the Munich SEO Manager (DACH Market) role.
