## Job Description
**Shape the Future of Sirelo**   
 Sirelo has spent years building a platform that connects consumers with moving companies they can trust. We've grown a strong base of reviews, a library of helpful content, and a clear ambition: to become the definitive resource for anyone navigating a move and to transform the market by becoming the Booking.com of the moving industry.  
 To get there, we're looking for someone to take full ownership of Sirelo as a platform. Someone who can drive the traffic growth that fuels our mission, while shaping the experience that makes it worthwhile to arrive.

 At your core, you're an SEO specialist — technically sharp, comfortable with site architecture, crawlability, and search signals, and proven at growing organic traffic in competitive digital environments. But what sets you apart is the ability to see above the optimisation. You don't just ask will this rank? You ask does this actually serve the person who landed here?  
   
 We need someone who can go deep on search while keeping one eye on the bigger picture: what the platform feels like, whether the experience earns trust, and whether we're building something people genuinely value, not just something that performs in search.  
   
 Experience in ecommerce or marketplace environments is a strong plus. Familiarity with UGC platforms and content quality at scale will help you hit the ground running.  
   
 **What will you do?**   
 You will own Sirelo's growth as a platform, setting the strategic direction and executing against it with real autonomy and ownership. You know the fundamentals and you're not above doing the work yourself. This is a hands-on role where you'll be researching, writing, testing, and iterating directly rather than directing others to do it.  
   
 Day-to-day that means growing organic traffic across all its dimensions (content, technical SEO, site performance) while taking responsibility for the experience that traffic arrives to. Page quality, visual coherence, user journeys, trust signals: these fall within your scope because they ultimately determine whether your SEO efforts convert into anything meaningful.  
   
 Longer term, you'll be central to defining what kind of platform Sirelo becomes — particularly as we invest in verified, user-generated content as our strategic differentiator in an increasingly AI-shaped search landscape.  
   
 Your key responsibilities will be:  
 **Digital Strategy:**  Define a prioritised roadmap for platform growth, balancing quick wins with the structural work that builds long-term value.  **Search Engine Optimisation:**  Grow our organic channel across content production, technical SEO, and site performance. Own our rankings and understand why they are what they are.  **Platform Experience:**  Take ownership of what Sirelo looks and feels like to a first-time visitor. Work with design and product to raise the bar on page quality, visual consistency, and user trust.  **Conversion Rate Optimisation:**  Use your understanding of user behaviour to experiment, measure, and improve our funnels and customer journeys.  **Data Analysis:**  Define and track the metrics that matter. Use data to make decisions, identify opportunities, and demonstrate progress.
