  • The SEO Executive at Cult Beauty (within THG Beauty) is responsible for driving organic growth and achieving top search rankings with a focus on a great user experience.

  • Essential:

    • Proven experience delivering SEO results for ecommerce brands or online retailers.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
    • Proficiency with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush).
    • Solid understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO fundamentals; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Based in London or eligible to work in the UK; willingness to contribute to a hybrid/office-based environment as per policy.
  • Preferred:

    • Experience with beauty or fashion ecommerce, ideally with Cult Beauty or THG brands.
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms and A/B testing or content optimization workflows.
    • Additional skills such as SQL or data visualization tools are a plus but not required.
