What does the role involve?

You’ll own and execute the SEO strategy for Markework.com and FilipKonecny.com, manage blog content operations, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The role also includes backlink outreach and AI-assisted content workflows to drive measurable traffic and affiliate revenue.

What qualifications are you looking for?

We’re seeking 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and keyword tools is a must, and you’ll need a portfolio to demonstrate prior success. A data-driven, commercially minded mindset helps you translate metrics into action.

How is compensation structured?

This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Pay is tied to performance, including traffic improvements and affiliate revenue from blog content and link strategy. Expect a dynamic, results-driven compensation model rather than a traditional paycheque.

What tools and workflows will I use?

Core tools include Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Analytics to identify opportunities and measure impact. You’ll also manage AI-assisted article creation, including prompt engineering, and conduct guest posting to grow backlinks. You'll coordinate with content teams to ensure consistency with branding and performance goals.
