What does the Regional SEO Team Lead role involve?

Lead all SEO delivery across Technical, On-Page, and AIO/GEO in the assigned region, ensuring adherence to global frameworks and local needs. You'll also manage regional resourcing, capacity planning, and collaborate with global and regional peers to maintain quality and drive efficiency.

How does the role contribute to client growth and profitability?

You'll drive SEO account growth within the region, identifying upsell opportunities and supporting pre-sales with scoping, quotes, and proposals. By monitoring budgets and project metrics, you’ll help maximize margin, ensure timely delivery, and strengthen client value.

What qualifications and experience are essential?

8+ years of experience in SEO, spanning Technical and On-Page at a senior level. Proven leadership of regional or multi-disciplinary SEO teams, plus strong commercial acumen and familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation for SEO delivery.

How does collaboration across regions and teams look?

Expect to bridge Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content, UX/CRO, and Paid Media to deliver integrated strategies. You'll participate in client strategy calls, QBRs, and performance reporting, and collaborate with Global Director and other Regional Leads to share learnings.

What role does innovation and AI play in this role?

Act as a champion of AI and GenAI innovation, encouraging the adoption of new tools and automation that enhance delivery, scalability, and outcomes. You'll evaluate new technologies, pilot experiments, and scale successful approaches across the region while ensuring governance and measurable results.
