What does the Manager, SEO role involve at Revlon?
The SEO Manager will develop and implement search engine optimization strategies to grow organic traffic and improve rankings across Revlon’s brand sites. Core responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential targets for the targeting audience.
- Optimizing existing website content and creating new content aligned with SEO and brand goals.
- Building and managing link-building programs and technical SEO initiatives.

How is the work arrangement and location structured?
- This is a Hybrid role. Employees are expected to work from Revlon’s New York City office 3 days per week and may work remotely on the remaining days.
