We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our global SEO strategy across all regional sites (UK, US, SA, Benelux, Nordics, ANZ). This role will be pivotal in building domain authority, improving rankings, and increasing qualified organic traffic that converts into pipeline.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of SEO strategy across all Klipboard websites — on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Build and execute content strategies to improve rankings for high-intent and mid-funnel keywords Conduct keyword research, competitor audits, and gap analysis across product and sector pages Optimise metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved crawlability and performance Work with web development team on technical SEO fixes (Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, multilingual site setup) Oversee link building efforts and partnerships to improve domain authority Track and report on SEO performance using ahrefs, GA4, Search Console, and other tools Support international SEO as new local websites (ZA, Benelux, Nordics, ANZ) come online
Skills, Knowledge And Experience 4+ years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or multi-region enterprise Strong expertise in international SEO and managing multilingual websites Proficient with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, etc.) A fundamental understanding of how websites are built (HTML, JavaScript, schema, sitemaps, etc.) Ability to turn data into insights and action — you’re strategic and hands-on Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with devs, content, product, and regional marketers
