What will I do in this role?
- Lead and own the international SEO strategy in collaboration with the Global SEO Lead, aligning with Stripe’s growth goals and GTM plans.
- Oversee content operations for articles and videos, including day-to-day management of international content roadmaps, quality control, and scale.
- Drive content optimization efforts to improve organic performance across markets, including on-page optimization, internal linking, and content freshness.
- Develop and execute content promotion and distribution strategies to maximize reach and impact.

What are the minimum requirements and preferred qualifications?
- Minimum: 4 years of experience creating and executing SEO strategy; proven ability to develop a compelling content marketing roadmap that meets program growth targets and GTM objectives.
- Strong experience with keyword research, content briefs for writers, and end-to-end delivery of content from ideation to publication.
- Deep knowledge of SEO content production best practices, roadmapping, brand voice, and tone guidelines; high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
- Preferred: experience managing SEO programs across multiple international markets; solid technical SEO foundations; proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., GA/GA4, Looker), reporting, and data-driven decision making; familiarity with localization processes and diverse content formats (articles, videos).
