What qualifications and experience are expected or preferred?

  • A proven track record as an SEO manager with hands-on experience driving results for multiple clients.
  • Experience managing a portfolio that includes both eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and implement them effectively; strong written and verbal communication.

  • Prior remote-working experience is a plus, given Aperitif’s remote-first culture.
  • The role offers mentorship from senior professionals with 15+ years of SEO experience.

How is the role structured in terms of reporting, team, and work arrangement?

  • Depth and practicality of content briefs aligned with E-E-A-T and SEO best practices.
  • Quality of competitor analysis, benchmarking, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Effectiveness of collaboration with the linkbuilding team and other stakeholders, and the accuracy of ongoing performance reporting and future plans.
